Golf Match Results---Tuesday, August 31

The St. Ann’s golf team traveled to the Bent Creek course to play Henderson North Middle School yesterday. Our school team won with the following score: St. Ann 153 Henderson North Middle School 155. The top 5 scorers for our school were: John Davis 25, Redmond Greenwell 29, Isaac French 30, Seth Nelson 34 and Austin Clements 35. We are very proud of our school team! The golf team will play against the Union County JV on Thursday at the Breckinridge Golf Course.

Boys 7th & 8th Grade: Sunday 4:00-6:00 and Tuesdays & Thursdays 5:00-7:00 1st Practice September 7
Boys 6th Grade: Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays 5:00-7:00 1st Practice September 7
Girls 6th, 7th &8th Grades: Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays 2:30-5:00 1st Practice September 8
Cheerleading Practice on Tuesdays from 2:30 p.m. to 4:45 p.m.

*** All physicals and paperwork needs to be completed and turned into the school office by Friday, September 3 or your child cannot attend practice. All paperwork is found on the St. Ann website under the “forms” link.

Gym Clean Up

Saturday, September 25 9:00am-12:00

This is for all boys and girls’ basketball players, cheerleaders and the parents of basketball players and cheerleaders. Bring your own supplies, such as towels, brooms and mops. The more help we have the lighter the load will be for all. If basketball schedules are available, this will be the first opportunity for concession and door sign ups. Amy Kramer will have your job assignment when you arrive that day.

Turkey and Dressing Dinner

Sunday, October 24 Serving--11:00-1:00 Parents are responsible for working, not just making sure the athlete attends. Athletes will be allowed to eat at 10:30. Parents will be fed at the end of the event if there is anything left unless you purchased a ticket. The menu will be the same as last year with the exception of serving homemade desserts and deleting baked apples. The cost will be $7.00 pre-order, $8.00 at the door and child $4.00.

Athletic Fee

This year’s athletic fee will be raised to $20 for the first athlete in the family and $10 for each additional athlete. This fee will take care of all sports within St. Ann School. This money pays for the purchase of the turkeys for the turkey and dressing dinner as well as other expenses.

Adults $3.00
Students $1.00

Uniform Issued and Returned

This year there will be a form filled out as to what size and type of uniform each athlete is issued. The parent will be responsible for signing the form saying it is “correct” at the time the uniform is issued and that they will return the uniform in good shape. No uniform will be issued to an athlete without the parent signed form.
