Members Present: Margie McGraw, Kathy Young, Sherry Brantley, Mark Crowdus, Tisha Cambron, Jody Jenkins, Tom Moosbrugger and Mrs. Hendrickson.

Members Absent: Danny Ricketts

Others Present: Arletta Bickett, secretary.

Call to Order: Mrs. Hendrickson led the council in prayer and Jody Jenkins opened the meeting.

Modifications: None

Minutes: Minutes were approved.

Principal's Report: Mrs. Hendrickson handed out her report.

Cafeteria Report: The cafeteria report was handed out.

Booster Club: Mrs. Peak called the school and stated that Papa John's in Henderson would supply pizza's for the Cherokees for Charity function at a reduced cost. The girl basketball team will participate in a tournament on December 28-29.

PTO (FOCUS): No report was given.

Pastor's Comments: Father Baker was not present at the meeting.

Old Business: Mrs. Hendrickson is waiting to hear back from Mr. Darrin Smith about updating the internet access for the entire school.

New Business:

• Mrs. Hendrickson would like the school council to head a recruitment committee for St. Ann School to bring in new families/students.
• The 8th graders will be sending out cards inviting all children that will be starting school in the fall to come to St. Ann School.
• The budget has not been finalized at this time.
• Mr. Mattingly will be at the February meeting to go over several items with the school council.
• Jody Jenkins invited all of the council members to attend a meeting to discuss hiring a new superintendent for the public schools on Saturday, Dec. 18th at 9:00AM.
