Members Present: Tom Moosbrugger, Kathy Young, Sherry Brantley, Mark Crowdus, Danny Ricketts, Tisha Cambron, Father Baker and Mrs. Hendrickson.

Members Absent: Margie McGraw and Jody Jenkins.

Call to Order: Kathy Young called the meeting to order.

Modifications: None

Minutes: A motion was made to accept the March 3, 2008 minutes by Danny Ricketts and seconded by Tisha Cambron.

Principal's Report: Mrs. Hendrickson discussed the Explore test with the council and presented a comparison with state and national scores as well as area schools.

Booster Club: No reports were given at this meeting.

PTO (FOCUS): No report was given at this meeting.

Pastor's Comments: Father Baker stated that he did not want to spend any more money on the school at this time. St. Ann Church has opted to postpone the Diocesan Education Endowment Fund at this time. Most churches with major projects going on at this time have made the same decision. Father Baker has sent the plans for the new school to have some of the extras taken out of the plans to bring down the cost of the school.

Old Business: No old business was discussed.

New Business: Father Baker and Mrs. Hendrickson stated the tuition would not go up next year. The bookfee will increase $75 per student and will be $200 each student.

Next Meeting Date: Tuesday, April 8th, 2008 - 6:00PM. The council decided to change the council meetings to the first Tuesday of each month.

Meeting Adjourned: Mark Crowdus made a motion to adjourn the meeting and Danny Ricketts seconded.
