Members Present: Margie McGraw, Kathy Young, Sherry Brantley, Mark Crowdus, Danny Ricketts, Jody Jenkins, Tisha Cambron and Mrs. Hendrickson.

Members Absent: Tom Moosbrugger

Others Present: Arletta Bickett, secretary.

Call to Order: Jody Jenkins said the prayer for the meal and everyone enjoyed a meal before the workshop.

Minutes: Everyone received the minutes by e-mail or mail.

Principal's Report: No reports were given at this meeting.

Booster Club: No reports were given at this meeting.

PTO (FOCUS): No report was given at this meeting.

Pastor's Comments: Father Baker was not present at the meeting.

Old Business: No old business was discussed.

New Business: Mr. Mattingly talked to the board about the duties of a school council. After Mr. Mattingly left the board decided to have a special meeting next Thursday, March 13th to discuss tuition and bookfee.

Next Meeting Date: March 13, 2008 - 6:00PM

Meeting Adjourned: Mark Crowdus made a motion to adjourn the meeting and Danny Ricketts seconded.
